Simon Neumann, CEO for Timisoara 2021, is new member of Culture Action Europe
A follow- up of the last member meeting of Culture Action Europe network. CAE wellcomes Simona Neumann as a new member of the Culture Action Europe Executive Committee. She was elected at the CAE Annual General Meeting on 15 November in Rome. ExComm mandates last for three years, renewable for a second term. Simona Neumann is CEO for Timisoara 2021 – European Capital of Culture (Romania) since January 2013.

Iwona Preis represents Intercult at the annual member forum and the ”Beyond the Obvious” conference organized in Rome, Italy by Culture Action Europe. Intercult being an organisational member has until now been represented by Chris Torch acting in the Executive Committee. New person elected today to the Executive Committee is Simona Newman, Executive Director of Timisoara 2021. The gathering in Rome is about ”Belonging & Becoming: Culture, Heritage and our Future”.
